Q) When will I receive my order?

A) If your order is placed by 5 p.m., most in-stock items will ship to you next day. Some items will take two days. If you are in a jam and want to verify that you will receive an item the next day, give us a call at 513-769-3636 to have us check availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with a suggested replacement.

 

Q) What is the minimum order amount?

A) There is no minimum-big or small, we deliver it all! Plus, delivery is always FREE.

 

Q) Help! I just placed an order for paper when I realized we have two extra cases!

A) Not to worry-give Customer Service a call at 513-769-3636 as soon as you can and we will cancel the order for you.

 

Q) What is your return policy?

A) Items must be in resalable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging within 30 days of purchase. Food, medical items, opened shrink-wrapped items, open/used printers, copiers, and fax machines as well as special-order items are non-returnable.

 

Q) I received my order, but something is missing. What do I do?

A) As soon as you receive your order, let us know within 48 hours if there is an item missing from your order and we will get it to you as soon as possible.

 

Q) Our business has recently moved, and we need to change our billing and shipping address. How do I do that?

A) Please call customer service at 513-769-3636 if you need to make any changes to your account (i.e. your address, contact name, phone number, e-mails, etc.).

 

Q) Our corporate office is located in Cincinnati, but we have branches in other cities and states. Can Supply Post still provide all of our offices with everything we need?

A) Supply Post is a local company with a nation-wide reach. We can drop-ship to all 50 states to be your single office source. Sales tax will be applied where applicable. If you are a tax-exempt customer, please call 513-769-3636 and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Q) I received my order and I love everything in it! How do I pay my bill?

 A) We accept checks and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We are currently unable to accept coconuts as a form of payment at this time.
